Thoughtfulness is something I value highly so my leaving day left me in tears, multiple times! Gifts from committee members, a cake of my handbag with a suffragette quote on it, flowers, Jane my fellow founder of the network joining us at lunch, and new co-leads treating me to a bottle of bubbling after the day. The thought that went into the leaving day is something I will never ever forget.
