Valentines gift to the Royal Albert Hall
Ali has wanted to visit the Royal Albert Hall for yonks, so I bought tickets to Classical Spectacular for Valentines Day. We were sat in the stalls, just a few rows from the front. The soloists were spectacular and gave us goosebumps. The orchestra, military bank and choir did a stunning job and we loved the entire show. We love waving flags and singing along to the classics. We didn't expect the dancers in the aisles or the military show, including cannons at the end and red, white and balloons being showered on us.

Visiting HMS St Albans
As part of the International Women's Day celebration, I was invited to visit HMS St Albans for a celebration and tour of the ship. We saw the weapons, which could reach the M25 from Canary Wharf, we were shown a scenario and what would happen in the operations room, we went up and down the tiny ladders and saw the flag lowered by an all female team. What a fabulous visit.
